Defatted-toasted soya flour is produced from NON-GMO soybean in accordance with an IP program and is processed through high temperature and process of roasting.

Defatted-toasted soya flour has good soluble emulsification in some degree and maintains the balance of essential amino acid of the body, widly used in processed foods stuffs(meat, bread, candy, etc.), cereals, beverages, and fermentation products.
